Our contact form is for general business enquiries. Please do not send patient information, medical records, diagnoses, laboratory results, case-level epidemiological data, Protected Health Information, sensitive personal health data, confidential institutional datasets, credentials or access keys.
If such information reaches us through this website, we will not use it and will delete it as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any legal obligation to the contrary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and disputes relating to this website will be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
This does not remove protections you may have under mandatory law where you live. If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights continue to apply.
Client engagements are separate. A signed engagement may contain its own governing law and dispute resolution provisions, negotiated for that contract, which prevail over this section for matters arising under that engagement.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
