1. Our commitment
HMC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
2. What we have implemented
This site has been built and tested with accessibility in mind. Specific measures include:
- text and background colour combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- a skip-to-content link on every page
- interactive controls sized to meet a minimum 24-pixel target
- descriptive alternative text for images, with decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
- form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
- full keyboard navigability
- animation suppressed for visitors whose systems request reduced motion
- content in English and Spanish, with the page language declared programmatically
3. What we do not claim
We have not carried out a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim conformance with a specific WCAG level. We describe what we have implemented rather than assert a certification we have not obtained.

We will work to resolve it and, in the meantime, provide the information you need by another means.
